1. What This Extension Does

AD Importer for WooCommerce is a Chrome extension that allows WooCommerce store owners to extract product information from any e-commerce website and import it directly into their own WooCommerce store using the AD Importer WordPress plugin.

2. Data We Collect

We do not collect any user data. The following information is stored locally on your device only using Chrome's built-in storage API:

• Your WooCommerce store URL
• Your AD Importer secret key
• Your optional DeepInfra API key
• Currency and pricing markup preferences

This data never leaves your device except to communicate directly with the WooCommerce store URL that you configure.

3. Third-Party Services

The extension may make the following outbound requests:

• Your WooCommerce store — to submit imported product data. This is configured entirely by you.
• open.er-api.com — to fetch live currency exchange rates (no personal data is sent).
• DeepInfra API — only if you enable the optional AI optimization feature and provide your own API key. Your key is stored locally and sent only to DeepInfra's servers.

4. Browsing Data

This extension does not track, log, or transmit your browsing history. It reads the content of the active product page only when you explicitly click the Import button.

5. No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer any user data to third parties. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services inside this extension.

6. Remote Code

This extension does not use any remotely hosted code. All JavaScript is bundled within the extension package.

7. Children's Privacy

This extension is intended for use by WooCommerce store owners and is not directed at children under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we make any changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the extension after changes means you accept the updated policy.
